Bonbon Family is being introduced gradually. If your app does not offer it, everything above is simply included for you today. Prices can differ by country and over time. Yours is always shown in the app before you confirm, and it does not go up while your subscription stays active.

How paying works

  1. Sign in first. The app asks you to sign in before you subscribe, so Bonbon Family works on every device you use and can always be found again.
  2. See the price. The App Store or Google Play shows the exact price, the period and any free trial before you confirm.
  3. Apple or Google bills you. We never see your card. Receipts come from the store.
Cancelling

How to cancel, in a minute

A subscription lives in your App Store or Google Play account, so that is where it is cancelled.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Neither Apple nor Google stops billing when an app is removed. Cancel first, then delete.

🍎 iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then Bonbon.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

  1. Open Google Play and tap your profile picture.
  2. Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Bonbon.
  3. Tap Cancel subscription.

💻 No phone at hand

Lost or sold the phone, or deleted the app? You can cancel from any browser.

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account that bought the subscription.

What happens after you cancel

Refunds are decided by the store: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play in your order history.

Not sure which account pays? Write to support@bonbonapp.app from the email of your Bonbon account. We can see which store the subscription came through and will tell you where to cancel it.
